Lessons for life

Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking have always been my motivation. I learned to work hard to achieve goals. I know what it's like harvesting the benefits, but also how much energy it takes to sow before you can harvest. At the same time, I learned some important lessons in life, that you earn trust through who you are and the choices you make. By being open and honest about your intentions and act in good conscience. Competition is fine as long as there is fair play. That conviction has shaped me into the person I have become, the professional I want to be.

Confidence in possibilities

Always looking for new possibilities, I was able to create movement thanks to my knowledge and network. My actions did not go unnoticed. My playing field grew and so did my ability to make a difference. It has always been sincerely involved people with whom I had a bond, who ensured added value, trust and success. It gave me the strength to start my own business when the time was right and then go for it with full dedication.

Feeling for what works

After my studies I developed myself in various sales and marketing functions. Mainly in the private label coffee and tea industry for various companies. My focus is on retail in Europe. My eagerness to learn, social communicative qualities and focus on results brought me from one stepping stone to another. In my contacts with customers, suppliers and coffee farmers, I kept the lessons from my early days in mind, looking for a balance between commercial opportunities and doing business responsibly.

From relationship to performance

I maintained the relationships I've built up over all these years. They still determine what I know how to achieve now and tomorrow. I know the hot beverages market like no other and know how to quickly link supply and demand. I can act quickly and use my knowledge, experience and relationships to contribute to (a more) sustainable trade. I'm pursuing for a better sharing of revenues in the value chain and fair pricing. One of the ways is by bringing coffee farmers into direct contact in consuming countries.

Sustainable solutions

I am active in various ways to stimulate circular production. By coaching start-ups and supporting experiments to re-use residual coffee- and cocoa products. I'm talking to coffee farmers from various producing countries to sell their green beans directly to Western Europe.

Travelling companions wanted

My wish is to use my experience in the world of coffee, tea and cocoa for promising sustainable and humane initiatives. As far as I am concerned, we can enjoy beautiful products, but with respect for people and the environment. I therefore invite my relations to develop new earning models together with me, to do business from the heart and the awareness that life is precious. Would you like to travel with me?
